Sitting for prolonged periods is bad for your health. At the same time we are tied to our workstations because we need computers in order to carry out our jobs. Should we stand at our desks all day then? No, standing for prolonged periods is not good for your health either. The solution is to alternate positions and to make sure that when we sit, we sit correctly. This is where Gispen ZINN comes in.

ZINN Multi is a sleek and understated chair. The design language of this chair is obviously that of the ZINN product family. It is due to its versatility that this active chair is suitable for all types of work methods: agile working, holding meetings, scrumming and working together.

Staying active behind your desk

ZINN Multi has various functionalities; the chair could be characterised as being in between a conference chair and a desk chair. ZINN Multi is height adjustable and features an adjustable seat for a more active posture. Normally, such functionalities are what you would find on a desk chair. These features therefore make this subtly designed chair quite special.

Mechanism

ZINN Multi is available with either a tilt or autofit synchronous mechanism. The tilt mechanism allows the user to make the chair more or less active by moving forward and backward.

The advanced autofit synchronous mechanism will put itself into the best possible setting based on the user’s length and weight. In addition, the user can make the chair more or less active by moving forward and backward. These mechanisms ensure that also this chair from the ZINN collection will trigger your employees to stay active while seated behind their desks.

This can be done on site and without the use of any special tools, made possible due to Zinn’s modular and universal modules. Replacing the upholstery on one of your chairs can be done right there at the office.
