Within our company, there is a place for everyone. As a social enterprise, we value equal opportunities. More than 30% of our total workforce consists of employees with a distance to the labour market. They are provided with suitable work, personal development guidance, and support in their tasks. Through a buddy system, they are paired with a mentor who acts as their job coach.
We have a PSO30+ step 3 certificate, the highest achievable PSO30+ level. PSO stands for the Performance Ladder for Social Entrepreneurship (PSO). This measuring instrument from TNO measures the extent to which organisations offer employment to vulnerable groups in the labour market. Its purpose is to increase employment for people with a distance to the labor market. PSO encourages their guidance to be qualitative and sustainable. Companies with this certificate also encourage their suppliers to do social entrepreneurship. A domino effect for social entrepreneurship.
