When Gispen manages a furnishing project for you, we will unburden you where possible. There are many more Gispen services you can call upon during a project. You ask, and we will provide.
Every furnishing project starts with an introduction or non-binding advice. When we start working together on a project, we will unburden your organisation wherever possible. From startup up until aftercare as well as a great many services provided anywhere in between. You can determine the services you need and we will provide them. We can also offer custom solutions, if required.
Gispen bundles its transport and service activities with those of Ahrend. As one Furniture Service Team we can plan the most efficient, combined route for both brands. This enables us to serve our clients optimally: one point of contact, efficient delivery, good service and the shortest possible lead time. At the same time, this results in fewer empty trucks and substantially fewer detour kilometers, and therefore a significant CO2 reduction.
Fully circular interior designs is what we strive for. We are receiving more and more requests to reuse furniture as part of furnishing projects. Do have circular ambitions too? We have many services to provide in this area of expertise. From mapping out your options to refurbishing your furniture or remanufacturing it to fulfil a new purpose.
There are a number of phases to every furnishing project. We start by gathering information: what do you want to achieve with your new or modified interior? Do you want to bring about more teamwork, or would to like a furnishing that is more flexible in use? And what type of atmosphere do you have in mind? We can map all this out by means of various workshops and tools. This will allow us to realise the work, healthcare or educational environment in which you can achieve your goals and where everyone can be at their best. We can even create visuals of this environment so that you know what to expect, right down to the last detail. Gispen is also happy to share its expertise with you on sustainable and circular solutions.
The implementation phase is when the design becomes reality. If you need extra support, in project management for example, we are here to provide. We will ensure that you can enjoy your new interior for as long as possible. Conducting timely maintenance is an important aspect for making this possible. Gispen will also accommodate you should you need a custom solution in terms of (additional) furniture.
