Supplier management

For ethical business operations, we not only expect our own employees to do business honestly and with integrity. We expect the same from our partners and suppliers throughout the value chain. That is why, in addition to our human rights policy and environmental policy, we also have a Business Partner Code of Conduct. With this, we agree, for example, that suppliers must provide their employees with a safe and healthy working environment. And that they comply with applicable laws and regulations in health, safety and the environment.

Collaboration in our value chain is essential for our success and indispensable for our circular way of working. That is why we encourage companies to register as a cooperation partner or supplier through the SRM. For example, we want to investigate whether new sustainable collaborations are possible. SRM stands for Supplier Relation Management. This way, we can follow the vendor from onboarding to contract phase. And we make sure that we record all communication, information and, for example, certificates. We also share this information with the Sales organization. This ensures transparency in the chain.
